Club and Community Development Officer (East)
Key Responsibilities: Connie has been with the BDA since August 2021 and is the Club and Community Development Officer for the East of England, Her role is to support clubs to gain new members, retain existing members and to help clubs with their long-term sustainability as well as driving community engagement through our place based, Community Club Hub Programme. Connie also oversees the Disability & Inclusion programme. Connie covers the following counties: Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Rutland, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire.
Interests outside of work / fun fact: Connie enjoys going for walks in the countryside, living close to the Norfolk Broads and beach. She has played lawn bowls since the age of 10 and represents her local club and county.
