Jackie has lived experience of diversity and inclusion through her roles in education, youth work and sport. Jackie is registered blind and is most proud of her involvement with the RNIB. As part of the RNIB she has been heavily involved in the preparations for the Olympics and Paralympics London 2012.
Her interest in the BDA Inclusion Advisory group comes from belonging to both sighted and visually impaired bowls clubs and how people get involved.
She would like to help create as much integration into able bodied clubs as is the case in visually impaired bowls.
