Head of Development and Partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
Jon works alongside the Managing Director to drive delivery of the strategic aims and objectives of the BDA and to manage the business in the absence of the MD. He line manages and oversees the delivery of our club engagement and support programme as well as the education department.
Jon is responsible for overseeing the collection of all data from across the delivery programmes and to use this data to provide insight on progress towards targets and to complete the Sport England reporting for the organisation. He is the direct contact for Sport England while leading on progress reporting.
He builds and manages partnerships to help support and enhance the work of the BDA at a strategic level.
Interests outside of work / fun fact:
Jon loves sport with a huge passion for football. Currently Assistant Manager at Ditchling Football Club, having won back to back promotions in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 and a League, Cup double in the 2021/2022 season. Outside of sport he loves spending time and having adventures with his family.
