Managing Director of the BDA
Key responsibilities: Lisa is responsible for leading and supporting the BDA team and developing the overall strategy of the organisation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, she works closely with the Governance and Finance Manager and Development Manager to ensure that the BDA meets the objectives of the Sport England funding. She also works in close partnership with the Bowls National Governing Bodies to support the development of the sport through forward thinking, collaborative working.
Interests outside of work/ fun fact: Lisa is a keen cyclist and runner, often accompanied by her very active Short haired German Pointer. She has previously lived and worked in Japan and still enjoys travelling to far flung places.
