Sam Samuel

Sam is a serving Devon and Cornwall police officer working as the geographical fulltime representative for the Police Federation of England and Wales.  Based in Plymouth, his role is to support colleagues in conduct, discipline, equality, welfare and performance issues.

Sam spent 10 years in the Royal Navy after leaving school and 15 years as a triple skilled engineer with BT before joining the police service 19 years ago.

He is a level 2 RFU coach for at least 25 years and has spent that time developing the youth in the local community in the game of rugby union, team building and helping to build self-confidence for the junior members.
